Return Policy

It can of course always happen that an article is not to your liking.

In that case, an item can be returned within 14 days. This works as follows:

The 14 days start from the moment the item is delivered.
Art and Supplies would like to receive an email with the reason for the return. An item cannot be returned without informing us. The withdrawal form can also be used to report the return. See bottom of page.
Please return the item undamaged, unused and properly packaged. Preferably in the original packaging.
If it appears that the item has not been returned as agreed in advance, Art and Supplies reserves the right not to reimburse the item.
As soon as the item has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email and the return amount will be transferred.
If the item is part of an order, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
When returning a total order, the originally paid shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Returning items is entirely at your own expense.
