The item is not in stock, now what?

If something is not in stock, it will usually arrive within 1 week. You can make a reservation for the item without obligation. Send a message and I will send an email when the item has arrived.


Is the shop only open on Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoon?

Yes, for now the shop is open on Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 1pm to 4.30pm. But, you can also visit Art and Supplies on other days and times. Then please contact me in advance.


How do I get a discount code?

Discount codes are mainly provided via the newsletter. When you sign up for the newsletter for the first time, you will also receive a discount code for a one-time discount of 10%.

Can I register an art event or exhibition?

Yes you can. Please send me an email and I'll put it on the website.


Can I put my work for sale on your website?

I have ideas about that, but nothing implemented yet. Let me know if you're interested.


Can I place an order and pick it up at the store?

Of course you can. The shop is open on Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoon. But picking up an order (or come by without obligation) is always possible on a different day and / or time. Please contact me in advance.
